In late 2008, our community elected a new 15 member community council. This council will work with the community to consider the types of projects and initiatives needed in our community over the next 5 years. The major aspect and benefit to this joint planning is to enlist support from relevant agencies in areas such as Infrastructure, Enterprise, Environment, Sport & Recreation, Youth Development, Childcare,  Education & Training, Health and the Elderly.
